Combined filter structure
Due to the different positions of the inlet pipe, the internal structure of the shell of the combined filter is also different, which can be divided into two structural forms, namely, the pre-finishing combined filter (the air flow direction is up and down) and the axial combined filter (the air flow direction is down and down).
The combined filter is provided with a connecting base between the upper shell and the lower shell, and an intake pipe is provided on one side of the upper shell or one side of the lower shell. The medium effect filter core of the combined filter is cylindrical, the top of the filter core is sealed, the lower end of the filter core is connected with the base, the wall of the cylinder is folded by the high temperature resistant sheet ultrafine glass fiber polymer material, the inner surface of the cylinder wall is supported by the porous stainless steel plate, the outer surface of the cylinder wall is supported by the stainless steel screen. The medium effect filter element contains an efficient filter element, which is composed of several folded fine filter elements. The top of the filter element is sealed, and the lower end of the filter element interface is sealed and fixed by the international standard CODE7 double-226 silicone rubber ring and fixed tube plate. The filter membrane tube is made of polytetrafluoroethylene membrane and microporous material with step by step encryption. The inner wall of the membrane tube is supported by porous stainless steel plate, and the outer surface of the membrane tube is supported by stainless steel screen.
